I'm working on my comic for a school anthology. It features the fan favorite, spandex wearing super hero, Jimmy Boom. I'm thinking about livestreaming my process on it. Not right now, cuz I have work soon, but probably around 9pm or so. (Eastern time) That's in about 6 hours for me. If you feel like dropping by, you're more than welcome!

That's the name, and basic plot of the comic I'm making. It's what I've been working on. Things I have already done;

-Finish the story (Just the important plot elements. I've decided to write chapters as I go. I do not know how many chapters there will be, but I know that there are three arcs in the story)
-Conceptualize all of the characters
-Build the world (Made a map )
-Wrote the first chapter
-Thumbed the first chapter
-I'm currently inking page 7 out of 20 something. (The first chapter)

And I'm still working on it. I have a lot of concept work and pin-up like things, but I'm keeping that for if at any point I make this into a book, they will be exclusive to it. Speaking of which, I want to get this published. However, I am also thinking of just having it be a webcomic, gain some popularity, and publish it through kickstarter. Not sure. Either way, this is what I'm working on until I'm done. I'll show occasional sneak peaks. As for when I'll be done....hnnng, I work on this during the very small amount of free time I have after work. It may take awhile before it's done. I'm just letting you all know so that you won't hate me for being inactive.

Had my first Taekwondo lesson yesterday! It was awesoooome! Tiring, but awesome!

Okay, let me get that previous post off of my front page! I'm in a much better mood, and it's all thanks to you guys. You should be proud!

So, I had this dream the other night, right? It felt reaaaal. I was with this girl. I knew her, but I DIDN'T know her. Like, it was that thing where dreams sorta warp someone you know into someone you don't. I dunno. All I know is that she was familiar, but her face had no distinguishable details. But yeah, I was really happy with her. Like, the scenery was gorgeous. We were sorta in a painting, it seemed. I was legitimately happy, and calm. It was probably the best dream I'd had in a long ass time. The kind of dream you wanna tell people about. In my case, one I want to make a comic about. (Maybe for that new Black Stripe anthology) And all she and I were doing was talking. Talking for days.

Firstly, thanks to everybody who responded to me being melodramatic in that last journal. It cheered me up!

I was really just upset because I'm not really doing anything with myself. I really lacked any sort of love toward myself. I (at least I thought) gave love and consideration to everyone else around me, but I didn't really care at all what happened to me. Health problems, digging myself into a financial hole, I didn't really care. Cuz it was me, you know? Nobody gets hurt but me, and I'm okay with that. But I was being selfish. Friends, family who believe in me. People who look up to me. Who rely on me. What would they think If I just left them behind, because I didn't care about myself? I wouldn't really be this "loving" person I believed I was. And then someone told me that you cannot give what you don't have. It got me thinking, that I should probably take care of myself more. Treat myself with respect, and everything else comes naturally.

I know I don't wanna be a hateful person, and I definitely don't want to become a failure. But I'm slowly becoming that. And don't even get me started on my insecurities. Oh, boy. I hide behind my tough (I'm actually not that imposing looking to begin with) exterior, but inside I'm just noodles. Trying not to seem weak. But I have finally decided to accept that I am, indeed weak. A bit of a coward.

But there's hope for me! I do WANT to change! I want to live a happy life. My friend, or Nick, is really into learning martial arts. He's really mature, despite being younger than me. But we recently went to a TaeKwonDo school, and the teacher there.... oh man (If you're curious about him, go here: [link] )

Master Pius is probably one of the most influential people I've met in a long time. He was saying all the right things. Things that applied to me. He wasn't even trying to take our money immediately. He said he doesn't teach Martial Arts, he teaches human development. And I believe him. Soooo.....

tl;dr I'm learning Tae Kwon Do.  I really just want to become a stronger person inside. The outside part is really just a perk. (I honestly can't see myself getting into a real fight anyway.)

But yeah, I usually disappear from the intrabutts when I'm depressed, but I just decided to let out all the feels. Wish your ol' pal Kinu good luck. (I'm still gonna be around, of course.)

I just...I just don't know anymore.

oh, well I've been watching Eureka 7. It's pretty cool so far, and I love the style. Also, I watched this movie that I honestly thought was pretty cool. [link] It's called Bunraku. It's on Netflix if you have it. This movie was so stylistic. I was so upset that I had never heard of it. It had its flaws, but I enjoyed it so much.

Other than that, my schedule is still looking pretty wacky. Sorry I've been so inactive. I'll be better soon.

Support this, guys! As a kid who came from the 90s, I'm really sad to see how the mainstream game market has turned. Games used to be about having fun, but there really aren't that many that capture the spirit of the good ol' days. The only way I get my nostalgic fix is by playing indie games from nostalgic farts like me. And this console is for them!

Well, I'm done with my latest VOID round. My job is giving me a lot more hours, so I'm not sure if I'll have the time to do any VOID rounds for awhile. I need the hours anyway cuz I'm saving up to move outta this crap-sack apartment anyway.

However, I don't want to stop drawing.
